We’ve cajoled Robbie from Serving Bristol into a campfire cookout on Friday night. This will be GF and vegan, and you’ll need to buy a separate food ticket at booking for £5 per person.
Otherwise, it’s self catering. There’s no fridges but there are campfires you can use to cook. You’ll need to bring enough food for your breakfast and packed lunches.
On Saturday night we’ll go to the Rising Sun for dinner - you’ll need extra money for this, or opt out and make your own arrangements.
-
Dogs are welcome if they are well behaved. Sorry, no dogs in the Hideaway glamping option.
You’ll need a dog ticket, which are £5.
-
We’re working out the final details, but it will look something like the below. You can opt in/out of any activities.
Friday afternoon: camp games outside
Friday evening: campfire cookout
Saturday: short and long walk options
Saturday evening: walk to Rising Sun for dinner
Sunday: short and long hike options
-
We’re taking a minibus - we’ll release minibus tickets in due course. This will be around £20 per person and is limited to 14 places.
-
We’ll have a couple of hike options available each day - a longer, more difficult route and a shorter one.
We ask for access needs so we can chat to you about what to expect and work out if it might be best to sit any hikes or activities out.
Group trips mean we move at group pace. Some people are faster, some are slower. We’ll take regular breaks and it may mean if you’re a faster walker there’s a bit more waiting around.
-
If we can find someone to take your place, we can offer you a full refund if you cancel. We can do this up to 2 weeks before the event.
After this time we cannot offer any refunds. If we can’t replace you, we can’t offer a refund.
